No-Hassle 30-Day Return Policy
As part of our commitment to provide you with complete satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products with a no-hassle 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all you have to do is contact Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase to obtain return instructions. No questions asked. Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days. We will send you an email once we have processed your return. You will be issued a credit for 100% of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges if applicable. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost in transit. We recommend you choose a delivery method with tracking and/or insurance.

Back Orders and Partial Shipments
Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in. We will send it via the shipment method you chose. There is no additional charge for partial shipments, and you are not billed until your item has shipped. You can cancel your order or any part of your order before it ships.
Order and Shipment Confirmation Emails
Shortly after your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order. Once we ship your order, we will send you an email which contains your tracking number and confirms your shipment.
